  • Great question!

    The goal of maintenance cleaning is to simply maintain a clean and tidy home. Maintenance cleaning takes less time, and involves less scrubbing (no baseboards, walls, etc) and is therefore less expensive. Expect your entire home to be dusted, swept/vacuumed and mopped, counters wipes, bathrooms fully cleaned, and any tidying completed.

    Deep cleaning is an intense reset of your home. Bathrooms are scrubbed top to bottom including cabinet faces, Kitchen is fully scrubbed including exterior of all appliances (interior of microwave included. Interior of other appliances may be added for an additional cost) All doors and are wiped, Baseboards dusted, ceiling fans and walls hand wiped, windows and sills hand washed, etc. Deep cleanings can take upwards of 8-12 hours depending on home size and condition, and cost more than a maintenance cleaning. But it is so worth it! You will want your home deep cleaned before starting a regular cleaning schedule to ensure your home can be maintained well.

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, or all major credit cards. Credit card transactions will be charged a 3.5% service fee.

  • You’ve booked your cleaning. What should you do before we arrive?

    There is no need to clean before we come. The more tidying you do (picking up clothing, toys, etc), the more time we can focus on scrubbing, but don’t fret if you don’t get it all done. We will tidy as needed.

    Please secure pets.

    If you have specific products you’d like us to use, please have those readily available. We prefer to use your vacuum to reduce cross contamination between homes. Please let us know if you do not have one available.

    You do not need to be present during your service, but if you plan to be absent, be sure we have a way to access your home.

  • We know life happens! If for some reason you need to cancel your cleaning service, please give us a 24 hour notice, so we can attempt to fill that spot in our schedule.

    A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for last minute cancellations.

  • We are committed to providing exceptional service to all of our clients. If you have any questions or concerns about your cleaning service, please reach out immediately. We will make it right! Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

  • We use a variety of cleaning products in order to clean the vast variety of messes we encounter. These include multipurpose cleaners, degreasers, glass cleaner, floor cleaners for each flooring type, soft scrubs, dish soap, bathroom cleaners, hypochlorous acid, wood polish and more. We very rarely use any product containing bleach.

    If you prefer us to only use more natural products (Unscented, plant-based, etc), please let us know in advanced. You can also provide your own products.
